She is survived by: her parent Mary Rusiniak Mikolaichik; and her siblings, Stephan Mikolaichik (Roberta) of Youngstown, NY and Helen Hrichuk of Carbondale, PA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews; great and great-great nieces.
