He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janet Lehman Ake; his mother Catherine Ake; his grandmother Margaret Ake; his great-aunt Florene Malzi; his children, Tania Walton of Enola and Lawrence Ake (Katy) of Pittsburgh; his stepchildren, Amy Robinson (Shawn) of Harrisburg, Rodney Creswell (Wendy) of Cleona and Natalie Horst (Jeremy) of Lebanon; and his sister Barbara Wiggins of Phoenix. He was also cherished by siblings and 11 grandchildren.
