He is survived by: his children, Michelle Ross of East Freedom, Kelly Oshea of Altoona and Thomas L. Jr. of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Nicole, Shannon, Skylar and Thomas L. III; and his brothers, David and Bill. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
