He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Klahre and Ida Klahre (Ferguson); his son Ricky Vincent Foor; his granddaughter Brandi Michelle Hays; and his brother Ellis D. Klahre.
He is survived by: his daughter Vicki Stiffler (Wes) of Clearville; his daughters-in-law, Brenda Foor of Everett, Pam Watkins of Everett, Penny Kipp (Bernie) of McConnellsburg and Lisa Miller (Brian) of Clearville; and his sister Joan Hedrick (Floyd) of Everett. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and four great-great- grandchildren.
