It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey L. Foor of Clearville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer "Jim" W. Foor, Jr. and Helen V. Foor (Hershberger); and his siblings, Jill Ann Hartle (Foor), Dr. James R. Foor and Dr. Jody S. Foor.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Foor (Sollenberger); his children, Ian Foor (Amy) and Natalie (Foor) Kaar (Matt); and his grandchildren, Alina, Maddie, Nick, Izzy and Gwen.
