We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2024, at the age of 86, James K. Jay Jr. of Clearville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James O'Kelly Jay, Sr. and Annie Marie (Cogan); his siblings, Arlene Zinn (Jay), Eugene Jay, Betty Jay and Bobby Jay; and his grandson Dalton L. Foor.
He is survived by: his spouse Vernelda A. Jay (Clingerman); his children, James D. Jay of Clearville, PA, Lisa D. Foor (Kevin Foor) of Osterburg, PA and Carrie May (Jim) of Artemas, PA.; his siblings, Richard Jay, Everett and Delores O'Rourke (Jim); his grandchildren, Malaina Jay, Joelissa Jay, Tyler Foor (August Hill) and Rachel Foor; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Harper and Maya.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at 1355 Big Creek Rd, Clearville, PA 15535. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
