With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James R. Fraley Jr. of Clearville, Pennsylvania, born in Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on April 17, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Fraley Sr. and Ruth Fraley (Eyler); his wife Carolyn Louise Fraley (Capps); and his son-in-law Alfred Moya. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Moya; his granddaughter Megan Moya of Bay City, TX; his son Brian Fraley of Fort Worth, TX; his brother Frank A. Fraley (Faye) of Federalsburg, MD; and his close friends, Bobby and Julie Layman.
