He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth H. Miller and Collie W. Miller (Rice); his wife Betty Miller (Klahre) of Clearville; his daughter Rose Ann; and his siblings, Donald, Ruth McCoy and Alta Layton.
He is survived by: his children, Gloria Jean Miller, Lawrence Ray Miller (Beverly), Keith Halton Miller (Kathleen), Colleen Susan (Greg Pierce) and Joseph Klahre Miller (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Kristin (Scott Matas), Nycole (Brian Keeport), Jessica Miller, Meredith (Ben Hatt), Elizabeth (Jeff Boardman), Aaron Miller, Amy Miller, Allison Miller, Adam Pierce (Laurie) and Matthew Pierce (Courtney); and his sister Anna Hinish. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
