She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Medlin and Georgia Medlin (Gordon); her husband Richard "Dick" G. Smith; her daughters, Janet L. Hawkins and Gail I. Smith; and her brother Robert Medlin.
She is survived by: her son Lloyd K. Smith (Terry); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Marie Yokum, Heather Dawn Johnson, Matthew Scott Smith and Sarah Ashley Hawkins; her great grandchildren, Samantha, Ashley Yokum, Tanner Yokum, Josilyn Johnson, Jenalyn Johnson, Jaxson Smith, Nash "Smash" Smith, Rylee and Layla Smith; and her sisters, Florence Brown (Medlin), E. Geraldine Walton, Anna Swartzwelder (William) and Louise Mellott.
If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made in memory of Catherine to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
