He is survived by: his wife Ilda Ruby; his children, Mark Ruby and Lisa Gaughan; his grandchildren, Mark Ruby, Jonathan Ruby, Hazel Ruby, Nicole Ruby, Garrett Ruby, TJ Ruby, Andy and Douglas Gaughan; his great grandchild Luke Gaughan; his stepchildren, Melanie Berry, Jodie Valentine, Laurie Mallow and Mollee Browning; and his stepgrandchildren, Angela Clayton, Kenneth Ritchey and Jennie Leonard.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
