He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cutler and Pearl Cutler Smith (Brown); his brothers, James R. Cutler and Richard K. Cutler; and his siblings-in-law, Ronald Ogden, Mary Ann Cutler and Susan Coulter.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Cutler (Coulter) of Clearfield; his sisters, Deloris Freeman (Brady) of Enola, Joyce Ogden of Clearfield and Linda Rinehart of Philipsburg; his siblings-in-law, Merrill Coulter (Becky), Burton Coulter, Albert Coulter (Anne), Leonard Coulter (Jackie) and Gloria Cutler; and his pet Lucky. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
