She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Leggs and Frances Leggs (Lyda); her husband Percy D. Scoggins Jr.; her daughter Tanya Scoggins; her great grandchild Arianna; and her siblings, Jonathan Leggs and Anna Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Percy 'Perry' Scoggins III (Eliana Scoggins, III) of Bunker Hill, WV and Melissa Toman (Peter) of Clearfield; her grandchildren, Morgan, Tamiko, Bjorn, Michael, Matthew, Brooklyn, Macy and Ashley; her great grandchildren, Jada, Lauryn, Isabella, Mailyn, Leyla, London, Avry, Zoey and Delilah; and her siblings, Shirley Davenport, Ralph 'Bo' Leggs, Charles Leggs and William Leggs. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Mountain Laurel Nursing and Rehabilitation, 700 Leonard Street, Clearfield, PA 16830.
