She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Schaffer and Alda Schaffer (Marshall); her sons, Dale Leslie, George Jr. and Nathanial Lewis; and her siblings, Bernall, Carl, Robert, Leon, Leland "Fred", Norman, Howard, John, Shirley, Judy, Lorena, Ruth and Rose.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Mark Allen Lewis and Brianna Lewis; and her brother Victor Schaffer (Kathy) of Punxsutawney.
