She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gavlock and Agnes Gavlock (Dallen); and her brother Martin Gavlock (Tina) of Clearfield. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Lewis of Clearfield, Michelle Lewis of Clearfield and James E. Lewis Jr. (Tabatha) of Clearfield; and her grandchildren, Alicia Hubler, Allison Hubler, Shana Van Steenburg, Kayden Van Steenburg, Jordan Van Steenburg, Brett Fye Jr., Riley Lewis, Savannah Lewis and Joe Hoffman. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
