He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Pat O'Connor and Mary M. O'Connor (Moore); his wife Elizabeth Irene; and his granddaughter BethAnn Marie. He is survived by: his children, Chris J. of Indiana, Terry Jr. of Olanta, Brett M. of Clearfield and Jamie (Duane); and his granddaughter Lori (Bob). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
