She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Smay and Ursula Smay (Passmore); her grandson Ronald Shaw Jr.; her great grandchild Caleb Lewis; and her siblings, Isabella Smay, Norma Anderson and Reverend R. Bruce Smay.
She is survived by: her children, David Swatsworth (Karen) of Curwensville, Susan A. Wallace (Daniel) of Morrisdale, Debra L. Shaw (Ronald) of Woodland, Richard A. Swatsworth (Debra) of Clearfield, Joseph Scott Swatsworth of Clearfield, William M. Swatsworth of Clearfield and Robert B. Swatsworth (Andrea) of Harrisburg; and her siblings, Robert L. Smay of Anchorage, AK, Elizabeth U. Cadden of Linglestown, James R. Smay of Clearfield, Clyde Smay (Marcia) of Clearfield, Joseph Smay (Madeline) of Clearfield, Mary Marassa, Richard Smay (Ethel) of Grampian and Roy Smay (Dorothy) of St. Petersburg, FL. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, a great great granddaughter.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no public visitation and private.
