With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sophie Rebo of Clearfield, Pennsylvania, born in Royal Oak, Michigan, who passed away on July 3, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Sophie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sophie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Swartz and Anne Swartz (Slother); her husband George J. Rebo; her siblings, Michael, Paul, George Swartz and Sussie Petriskie; and her half-siblings, Becky Stauffer, Anna Brelo, Auman and Andrew Brelo.
