She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Jane Clark (Royer); her stepfather Ralph Clark Sr.; and her brothers, Richard'Dickey'Smith and Greg Smith. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Leigey of Dunbar, Amy Jo King (Donald) of Karthaus, Hile'Butch'Smith (Peggy) of Frenchville and Tyler Smith (Kelly) of Olanta; her grandchildren, Shalyn, Shellbie, Josalyne, Gentry, Logan, Riley, Skyler, Madison, Noviah, Lyken and Aspen; her great grandchildren, Aria and Dekan; her siblings, Jimmy Smith (Marlene), Ralph Clark Jr. (Kathy), Becky Johnson (Fred) and Kim Robbins (Doug); and her close friend Danny Askey of Karthaus.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to charity of donor's choice.
