She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Welder and Lucy Welder (Walburn); and her siblings, Louise Welder of Grampian, Kenneth and Samuel Welder.
She is survived by: her daughter Connie Rachau (Ed) of Pleasant Gap; her grandchildren, Ariel Christine (Luke) of Tyrone and Joshua Shaw (Robin) of Ricon, GA; her great grandchildren, Lyla and Avarie; her brother Paul Welder of DuBois; and her sisters-in-law, Beverly Welder of Grampian and Linda Welder of Puyallup, WA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Riverview Bible Church, 12 South Third Street, Clearfield, PA 16830.
