He is survived by: his wife Linda Fulmer (Graffius); his daughter Melissa Fulmer (Nguyen Hai); his stepchildren, Robert Edward Buck III (Vanessa Owens), Loretta Wagner (John) and Bobbi Jo Best (Eric); his grandchildren, Marissa Fitzpatrick and Shane Fitzpatrick; his stepgrandchildren, Britney Brock (Travis Brady), Sasha Sayers (Matt), Makayla Brock (Jed Greslick), Janessa Morgan (Corey) and Jarrit Wagner; and his niece Teri High. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
