He was predeceased by: his parent William M. Robbins; and his siblings, Harold Robbins, William Robbins, Margaret O'Link, Dolores, Toss and Robison.
He is survived by: his parent Hazel Robbins (Litz); his wife Carol J. Robbins (Hess); his children, Robert C. Robbins Jr. (Markay E.) of Philipsburg, Monica A. Smith (Eric M.) of Clearfield and Susan C. Waite (Jeff L.); his wife Christine C. of East Earl; his grandchildren, Amanda Robbins (Wesley), Sarah Lippert (Derek), Rebekah Robbins, Andrew Smith (Jessica), Steven Smith (Jenna), Christopher Waite, Evan Robbins and Kyle Robbins; his great grandchildren, Lyric, Annalynn, Lilly Waite, Ava, Avery Smith and Christian Harzinski; and his sisters, Connie Peoples (Barry) of Clearfield and Mitzie Walton of Butler.
