She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic DeCasper and Teresa DeCasper (Alexandro); her husband James F. Maines; and her sisters, Lucille Kelly and Gloria Young.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen T. Piper (Randall) of Mesa, ID, Lisa A. Maines (Kenneth Lucas) of Clearfield, James C. Maines of Clearfield and Linda M. Hardy (Harold) of Clearfield; her grandchildren, Nicholas Piper, Joshua Piper, Bryan Hardy, James Hardy and Theresa Hardy; her great grandchildren, Tristan Piper, Noah Piper, Theodore Piper, Diamond Hardy, Eli Hardy, Jacob Hardy and Brea Hardy; and her siblings, Samuel DeCasper (Sandy), Virginia DeCasper Taylor (Jack), Joseph DeCasper (Judy) and Anthony DeCasper (Shari). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
