He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Gillingham (Conklin); his children, Richard Gillingham III (Annie) of Frenchville, Tiffany Dixon (Michael) of Curwensville, Candace Gillingham of Clearfield and Clarissa Gillingham (Thomas Allison) of Clearfield; and his grandchildren, Parker, Alexis, Ian, Avah, David, Gunner, Riley, Karlie, Prestan and Izlee.
