He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick J. Turner and Lula Turner (Haney); his wife Bertha Jean Kyler; his siblings, Austin Turner, Patrick J Turner Jr., Rodman E. Turner and Maxine Quinn; his son Reginald L Turner Jr.; and his grandchildren, Amy Louise Turner-Dorazio and William E Oldham Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Dotty Oldham (Bill) of Pottstown, PA, Diann Turner of Osceola Mills, PA and Dora Arnold (Jeffrey) of Sunbury, PA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
