He was predeceased by: his parents, John 'Jack Rougeux and Ruth Rougeux Sanker (Nelson); and his siblings, Betty Rougeux, David, Richard and Harold Rougeux.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth C. Rougeux (Bailey); his children, Connie Hepfer (Edward) of Olanta and Raymond A. Rougeux Jr. (Blake) of Smithfield, VA; his grandchildren, Kurt Hepfer (Shannon), Kody Hepfer, Brock Rougeux (Chelsea) and Baylee Rougeux (Chris); his great grandchildren, Hayes Hepfer and Mase Freeman Hepfer; and his siblings, Gloria Jean Sosville, Phyllis Emigh (Norman 'Butch') of Morrisdale and Ken Rougeux of Hawk Run.
