He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Irwin and Jean Irwin (Shivley); and his siblings, Beverly Kruise, Jesse and Fred Irwin.
He is survived by: his wife Arbutus Irwin (Bensor); his stepchildren, Shirley Evans (Bill) of Sunbury, OH and Robert Ressler (Linda) of Clearfield; his grandchildren, Kim Betts of State College, Steven Ressler of Clearfield, David and Bryan Evans of Sunbury, OH; and his sister Esther Lippert. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
