He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul T. Price and Nancy Price (DiBratto). He is survived by: his son Paul B. Price; his grandchildren, Hannah Price, Paul'Dylan'Price and Brooklyn Wykoff; his brother Marcus E. Price (Tammy); his niece Letitia Gallant; and his nephew Ryan Price.
