He was predeceased by: his father Harold E. Maines; his brothers, David L. Maines and Mark McGovern; and his grandmother Mary I. Wisor. He is survived by: his mother Ruth M. McGovern (Wisor) of Hawk Run, PA; his siblings, Betty I. Bumbarger (John Bailey) of Reynoldsville, PA and Duane S. Maines; his nieces and nephews, Heather, Robby, Cheyenne, Paul, Leslie, Ethan, Brandon, Bradley, Adam and Jacob; and his sister-in-law Darlene Maines.
