He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert S. Coulter and Mary Ellen Coulter (Fry); and his siblings-in-law, William 'Sonny Cutler and Susan Coulter. He is survived by: his siblings, Christine Cutler of Clearfield, Burton Coulter, Albert Coulter (Anne) and Leonard Coulter (Jackie) of Clearfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, 275 21st Street, Clearfield, PA 16830.
