She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Tylwalk and Annie Tylwalk (Lepak); and her siblings, Mary Gauntt, Rose Milliron, John Tylwalk, Nicholas M. Tylwalk and Michael Tylwalk.

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Barbara Milliron Hieber, Karen Volkmer, Sally A. Sherren, Michael Tylwalk, Pamela J. Tylwalk, Donna Scarlata, John Tylwalk, Gerald Gauntt and Charles T. Tylwalk. She is also survived by her sisters, brothers, nieces or nephews.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Francis Educational Endowment Fund 212 South Front Street, Clearfield, PA 16830; American Red Cross 109 N. Brady Street, Suite 2, DuBois, PA 15801; or Clearfield Area United Way, 18 N Second Street, #4, Clearfield.
