She is survived by: her father-in-law Tony of Allport; her daughter Kaylee N. Sherwood; her aunts and uncles, Barbara Polachek of Curwensville, Sally (Michael Polachek, Jr.), Bernadine (Paul Carr) and Fran Weldon of Philipsburg; her former husband Dave Sherwood; and her felines, Sully and Charlie.
