It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Levina Robbins of Clearfield, Pennsylvania, born in Karthaus, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 15, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Giles Shifter and Mabel Shifter (Billotte); her husband William R. Robbins; and her siblings, James, Edmond, Ferdinand Shifter, June Ondo and Gloria Fiorini.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Robbins (Janet) of DuBois, Joe Robbins (Betty) of Woodland, Phil Robbins (Lisa) of Clearfield, Don Robbins (Diane) of Rockton, Elaine Matlack (William) of New Millport and Doug Robbins (Kim) of Clearfield; and her siblings, Lewis Shifter and Jean Lucas. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
