He was predeceased by: his father Millard Maines; and his sister Wyanita Marie Graham. He is survived by: his mother Thelma Maines; his significant other Kimberly Martell; his daughter McKenzie Martell of Clearfield; his brothers, Dennis Graham (Audra) of Clearfield and Nathan Graham of Osceola Mills; his nephews, Nathan Graham, Jr., Joseph Graham and Chaz Graham; and his niece Victoria Graham. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
