She was predeceased by: her grandfather John Gaines, Sr.. She is survived by: her parents, John Gaines Jr. and Pamela Disshon of Clearfield; her siblings, Helen, Bree Gaines of Clearfield and Jacob Disshon of Sheffield; her grandparents, Leroy, Dorothy Disshon of Clearfield and Ada Gaines; her aunts, Susan Disshon (John Goodwin) and Dr. Kimberly McBennett (Micheal) of Copley, OH; and her cousins, Derek and Andrew McBennett.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Clearfield, 1008 S. Second Street, Clearfield, PA 16830.
