He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kovalick and Viola Kovalick (Billotte); his daughter Karen Ann Kovalick; his grandson Gabriel Dinsmore; and his sister Ann Duncan (James).
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy F. Kovalick (Kline); his children, Kenneth J. Kovalick Jr. (Lisa) of Lecontes Mills, Sandra Lingle (Ronald) of Clearfield and Susan Dinsmore (James) of Cogan Station; his grandchildren, Kylee Rowles (Randy), Alyson Gross (Andrew), Chelsea Arthur (Matthew), Sarah Kovalick, Lucy Ogden (Michael), Ian Dinsmore and Joseph Dinsmore; and his sister Donna Smith (Raymond) of Reinhold. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
The family asks all guests to please wear a mask or face covering.
