He is survived by: his sons, Kelly Hoy of Exton and Zack Hoy of Clearfield; his grandchildren, Cade Hoy and Ava Hoy; and his siblings, Jackie Griffith, Phyllis Galio, Sherry Ferguson, Billie Jo Mullen, James Hoy, David Hoy, Christopher Garito and John T. Caldwell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
