He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Moriarity and Freda Moriarity (Sheffield); and his daughter Danielle Brooke "Dani" Moriarity. He is survived by: his children, Heather C. Moriarity (Sean Kajcienski) and Nathan D. Moriarity (Miranda Lockett) of Curwensville; his fiancé Lynn Lines of Clearfield; his partner's children, Damian, Dominic and Kinsley; his former wife Joanna Moriarity of Grampian; his children, Dan and Alesia Mencer; and his siblings, Jodie Irwin (Roy) of Clearfield, Kathie Timblin (Arnold) of Clearfield, Karen Middleton of Clearfield, Kevin Moriarity of Osceola Mills, Jimmy Moriarity, Jessie Gisewhite and Lorrie Moriarity.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
