She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Lachat and Juanita (Rupert); her former husband Braden'Arch'McBride; her husband William E. Swisher; and her brothers, John Lachat and Lawrence'Sonny'Lachet.
She is survived by: her children, Connie McBride of Clearfield, Cindy Ott (Randy) of Curwensville and Dave McBride of Clearfield; and her sisters, Diane Schnars (Don) of Clearfield, Joan Vitko (Dennis J. Flori) of Johnstown and Kathy West of Hagerstown. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. - Clearfield (113 N 3rd St, Clearfield, PA 16830). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Circle of Friends of Hospice, 809 Turnpike Avenue, Clearfield, PA 16830; or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
