He is survived by: his spouse Dorine A. Fetter (Slish); his sons, Victor P. Fetter (Kristine) of Niagara Falls, NY, Richard D. Fetter (Elizabeth) of Henderson, NC and Vincent A. Fetter (Mary) of Niagara Falls, NY; and his grandchildren, Krystal Fetter, Victor Fetter, Travis Fetter and Sheila Fetter.
