He is survived by: his wife Florence'Flo' Evanko (Bailor); his sons, Joe Evanko Jr. (Marlene) of Murrysville and Steve Evanko (Heather) of Butler; his grandchildren, Missy, Nathan, Joe, Sydney and Addy Evanko; his sister Joann Thistlethwaite (Gary) of Ligonier; his nephews, Pat Thistlethwaite (Amy) and Chris Thistlethwaite (Tara); and his great-nieces, Chloe, Emily, Parker and Quinn Thistlethwaite.
