He is survived by: his wife Judy DeCasper (Peoples); his children, Todd DeCasper (Nancy) of Clearfield and Kimberly Gearhart (Chad) of Clearfield; his grandchildren, Justin DeCasper, Paige DeCasper of Clearfield and Isabella Gearhart of Clearfield; and his siblings, Anthony DeCasper (Shari) of Clearfield, Sam DeCasper (Sandy) of Douglas, GA and Virginia Taylor of Clearfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
