He was predeceased by: his parents, George Walushka and Mary Walushka (Sheposh); and his siblings, Mary Jane Beach, Stella Rose O'Dell and James 'Jimmy Woo Walushka.
He is survived by: his son John A. Walushka (Mary Ann Gisewhite) of Clearfield; and his siblings, Helen Karrer of Virginia Beach, VA, Dorothy O'Connor of Athens and Peter Walushka of Wellsboro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
