He is survived by: his wife Jennifer "Jenny" (Hurley); his children, John Moore Jr. of Clearfield, Carrie Elwood (Ben) of Las Vegas, Katie Lippert (Thom) of Mineral Springs and Angela Kendrick (Dalton) of Clearfield; his grandchildren, Jayden, Dakota, Emma, Lilah, Evie, Gwenny and Rory; and his siblings, Carolyn "Tootsie" Gormont (Jeff) of Clearfield, Edgar "Buzz" Moore III of Clearfield, Bob Moore of Clearfield, Jim Moore of Clearfield, Tom Moore of Clearfield, Bill Moore of Clearfield, Joe Moore of Clearfield, Anne Coulter (Albert) of Clearfield, Margaret 'Peggy Wooster (Mark) of Clearfield, Mike Moore (Janie) of Clearfield, Pat Moore (Marilyn) of Clearfield, Rick Moore (Linda) of Clearfield and Teresa Gormont (Richard) of Houtzdale. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
