He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Bracco and Margaret Bracco (Call). He is survived by: his wife Joan Bracco (English); his daughter Jennifer Whipkey (Bryon) of Wexford; his stepsons, William Bowen (Dee Thomas) of Millersburg and Jeffrey Bowen (Jennifer) of Hyde; his grandchildren, Alec of Grace, Ala, Sara Whipkey, William Andrew Bowen (Ashley), Morgan Rae Bowen and Caleb Maxwell Bowen; his great grandchildren, Addison and Allison Bowen; his aunt Loretta Mautino of Irwin; his sister-in-law Carol English; his niece Melissa Frederick Snyder (David); and his great-nephew Ian.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Francis Catholic Church, 212 South Front Street, Clearfield, PA 16830; or to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105-3678; or the SPCA, 275 21st Street, Clearfield, PA 16830.
