He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin F. Mayhew and Lillian Mayhew (Graham); his wife Christine 'Chris' Mayhew (Rossi); his sisters, Cathy Stephens and Lawana A. Martell; his son-in-law Paul Thurman; and his great grandchild Jameson Quinn.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Mayhew (Lori) of Clearfield, Jodi Thurman, Joyce Mayhew Smeal, Joann Mayhew (Dianne) and Jackie Leroux (Russell); his grandchildren, Amanda, Jamie, Joshua Mayhew and Tyler Quinn; his brother Kenneth A. Mayhew of Clearfield; and his stepdaughter Tina Monoskey of Curwensville. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family STRONGLY asks that memorial contributions be made to aide in Jesse's daughter Jackie's ongoing medical expenses by sending a contribution to Jacki Leroux, 277 Ripley B-4, Naylor, MO 63953.
