She was predeceased by: her parents, William Warfield and Josephine M. Warfield (Triponey). She is survived by: her husband Charles O. Maines Jr.; her children, Sherri Centra of Clearfield, Pamela Whinnery (Jeffrey) of Southport, NC, Frank Maines (Sherri Sortor-Thompson) of Clearfield and Jo Maines-Lowman (John) of Clearfield; her grandchildren, Kari Wilsoncroft (Jamie), Shannon Moyer, Justin Centra, Danielle Zurin (Adam) and Ashley Jo Lowman; and her great grandchildren, Juli Centra, Leighara Wilsoncroft, Eli Zurin and Mabrey Zurin.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no public services.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. John Lutheran Church, PO Box 1454, Clearfield, PA 16830.
