She was predeceased by: her parents, James Payton and Betty Payton (Groce). She is survived by: her children, Jennifer M. Ortasic of Clearfield, PA, James F. Moore of Clearfield, PA, Scott H. Ortasic (Tammy) of Clearfield, PA and Shawn A. Ortasic (Rachel Dotts) of New Castle, PA; and her brother Howard Payton (Joyce) of Claymont, DE. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
