He was predeceased by: his parent Charles S.; and his brothers, Robert Lee Fulmer and David Charles Fulmer. He is survived by: his parent Mary Fulmer (Hubler); his significant other Mary Yetter of Clearfield; his sister Alice McMonigal of Spring Valley; and his sisters-in-law, Ella Jane, Tootie and Audrey Fulmer of Clearfield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
