He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gardner and Hazel Gardner (Evans); and his siblings, Elsie Mae Buck, U. Louise Gardner, Charles, Richard Gardner and Ward Gardner.
He is survived by: his wife Judy A. Gardner; his children, Sandra Lee Norris (Jeff) of DuBois and William C. Gardner (Barbara) of Clearfield; his grandchildren, Michael Norris, Jocelyn Long, Dawn Marie Tobias, Amy Mae Baer and Tom Norris; and his stepgrandsons, Kevin Myers and Joshua Pagley. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
