He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Ellsworth and A. Jane Hoover (Detwiler); his sister Yvonne Hoover; and his sister-in-law Betty Ann Hoover. He is survived by: his son Tige R. Hoover of Fruitland Park, FL; his brother Sheldon Hoover of James Creek; his nephews, Brian Hoover (Amy) of Everette, Shad Hoover (Renee) of State College, Mark Schaukowitsch (Marilyn) of Mars and Matthew Schaukowitsch (Laurali) of Albion; his niece Jacqalyn Schaukowitsch of Butler; his cousin David Hoover (Linda); and his friends, Dave Himmelberger, Kim Kesner and Robin Winslow.
